DRAFT — SUBJECT TO COUNSEL REVIEW
Shipping & Handling Policy
Draft dated September 19, 2026
This document is a working draft, structured around a research-only supply positioning, and remains subject to review by qualified regulatory counsel. Wording may be revised before it takes final effect.
1. Research-use shipments only
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not intended for consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
Every shipment is a supply of laboratory research materials to a qualified research customer. Orders are released for fulfilment only after the research-use confirmations at checkout have been affirmed and the purchasing account has been verified. Shipments do not include, and we do not provide, any guidance relating to use in humans or animals.
2. Where we ship
Orders ship to laboratory and institutional addresses within the United States, dispatched from our US fulfilment centre. We do not currently ship internationally, and we may decline or cancel an order where the delivery address is inconsistent with research procurement. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
3. Shipping rates
The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. Standard shipping is free on orders with an items subtotal of $250 or more; the rate is applied automatically — no code is required.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed and account verification is complete. You will receive a shipment notification by email when your order leaves the fulfilment centre. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, and you are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
5. Receiving and handling research materials
Materials are temperature- and handling-sensitive. We ask that every shipment is:
- Received by personnel authorized to accept research materials for your organization
- Inspected on arrival — check the outer packaging, the vial labels, and that the lot number on each vial matches your order documentation
- Transferred promptly to the storage conditions listed on the catalogue entry
- Handled only within a laboratory setting, in line with your institution's laboratory safety practices
Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis, where published, are available on the product page and in the COA library.
6. Damaged, incorrect, or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 14 days of delivery — see the Returns and Refund Policy. If a shipment cannot be delivered, contact us through the contact form with your order number.
