Acceptable Use and Purchasing Policy

Velle supplies qualified research customers only: laboratories, research institutions, and researchers procuring materials for laboratory research, each represented by a purchaser who is at least 21 years of age and authorized to procure materials for their organization. Verification of a research account is required before any order is released for fulfilment.

Purchases are permitted solely for laboratory, analytical, educational, and in vitro research use, consistent with the Research-Use Policy. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that purchase, receipt, and use are permitted in their jurisdiction.

• Purchasing for any human or veterinary use, consumption, or personal use
• Purchasing on behalf of any party who intends a prohibited use
• Misrepresenting identity, age, organization, or research purpose in an application, order, or attestation
• Structuring orders to evade verification, screening, or quantity review
• Reselling or transferring materials outside a qualified research setting

We review orders and accounts for consistency with this policy — including delivery addresses, order patterns, and stated research context — and may request additional information before releasing an order. We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order and suspend or close any account at our discretion where supply would be inconsistent with this policy, the Research-Use Policy, or applicable law.
