• Account applications: your name, organization, email, organization address, and stated research purpose
• Orders: contact and shipping details, items ordered, and the research-use attestations you affirm at checkout (recorded with a versioned copy of the wording)
• Support inquiries: the details you submit through the contact form
• Site operation: standard technical logs needed to run and secure the site

• Reviewing and verifying research account applications
• Processing, fulfilling, and supporting orders, including transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipment notifications
• Maintaining compliance records, including attestation records tied to orders
• Responding to inquiries and improving the service

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the business — such as our fulfilment partner (to dispatch orders), payment processing, and infrastructure providers — and where required by law. Service providers receive only what they need to perform their function.
